How do I log into Punch each day?

Log into Punch by opening the app and verifying with Fingerprint ID, or use an OTP if your phone lacks biometrics.

  • Open your Punch app and verify your account with Fingerprint ID to log in.
  • If you don’t have biometrics feature on your phone, you can log in using an OTP sent to your registered phone number.

Why do I have to log in every day?

Punch requires daily login as users are automatically logged out nightly at 2 am for security purposes

According to security guidelines, all users are logged out at the end of the day, so you will need to log in every morning.

I don’t have biometrics on my phone, how can I log in?

If you don’t have biometrics on your phone, you can log in using an OTP sent to your registered phone number.
