My Punch account is activated. How do I log in?

To log in to your Punch account, tap 'Start trading' on the activation page, set a secure 4-digit PIN, and enable biometric ID or OTP verification.

• Once your account is activated, tap the "Start trading" button on the account activation page.
• You will be directed to set up your account:
  • First, set a secure 4-digit PIN.
  • Second, enable biometric identification (fingerprint ID) for login.
  • If your phone doesn’t support biometrics, you can use OTP for verification.

Punch does not send login credentials via email. Create your own login PIN and enable biometric ID for secure access.

Punch allows you to create your own login credentials directly through the app, so we do not send credentials via phone or email. You can set up your login PIN and enable biometric identification yourself.

Punch ensures secure login with 2-factor authentication using a PIN and biometric data, further secured by matching with your Google login.

• Punch uses standard 2-factor authentication for a secure login process.
• There are two criterias for the authentication:

• Something that only you know → PIN
• Something that only you possess → Biometric

Your Google login is also matched with your biometric and PIN information for additional security.

If unable to log into Punch, check your email ID, ensure strong mobile data or signal strength for receiving OTP, or reinstall the app if needed.

If you're having trouble logging in:

• Ensure the email ID you are using is correct and linked to your account.
• Make sure your hands are dry and clean for biometric scanning.
• Reinstall the app to resolve any technical issues.
• Check that your mobile data is active and has a strong signal.
• Ensure your signal strength is strong if you are having trouble receiving an OTP.

If you don’t have biometrics on your phone, you can log in using an OTP sent to your registered phone number.
