Modifying your account

To change your email on Punch:

Request an account modification form, complete it, and send it to writetous@punch.trade

To update your email ID:

• Reach out to us for an account modification request form.
• Fill it out, sign it, and return the form to writetous@punch.trade
• It will take a few days for the update to be reflected in our records.

To change your phone number on Punch:

• Reach out to us for an account modification request form.
• Fill it out, sign it, and return the form to writetous@punch.trade
• It will take a few days for the update to be reflected in our records.
  

For a more secure and hassle-free experience, Punch remembers your PIN on your behalf. If you need to reset it, just tap on 'Reset PIN' to change your PIN.

If you haven't added a nominee while opening your account:

• Request a nominee form from us.
• Fill it out, sign it, and send it back to writetous@punch.trade
• It will take a few days to update your nominee(s) in our records.

To add a secondary bank account on Punch, head to the Funds page, add and verify the new account.

• A secondary bank account is in addition to your primary account, and can be used to add funds to your demat account, though withdrawals will always be directed to the primary account.
• To add a secondary account, go to the funds page, add a secondary bank account, verify the account, and finalise the setup.
• It takes a day’s time to process your request. Once accepted, you can add funds via either bank account.
• You can choose to make the newly added account your primary by e-signing a modification form.

To close your Punch DEMAT account:

• go to Profile, select ‘Actions’
• and then request ‘account closure’.
