In case you have forgotten the linked email ID, try logging in with different emails you may have used, as Punch verifies identity through Google login.

  • Your Google login is a crucial part of our secure authentication process.
  • If you've forgotten which Google login you used, we can't verify your identity. Please try logging in with different Gmail IDs until you find the correct one.
I forgot my login PIN, what should I do?

Punch can remember your login details to prevent such issues. If you reinstall the app and need to login in again, use the 'Enter Pin' screen to reset your PIN.

How can I reset my login PIN?

If you need to reset your login PIN, head to the ‘Enter Pin’ screen where there is an option to reset your PIN.

I am not receiving OTP to log in, what should I do?

If you're not receiving an OTP for Punch login, check your signal strength and wait up to 5 minutes as OTPs can be delayed.

  • OTPs are sent only to your registered phone number, so ensure you are in an area with strong mobile signal strength.
  • If there's a delay, please wait up to 5 minutes as OTPs can occasionally be delayed.
My biometric information is not working, what should I do?

For biometric issues on Punch, ensure your finger is clean and unobstructed. If problems persist, reset your biometric settings on your device.

  • Ensure your hands are dry and clean.
  • Check that there are no cuts, bleeds, or bandages on your finger which may interfere with recognition.
  • As a last resort, re-enable your biometric settings on your phone.
